Could u tell me what u think of your bath tub intake and if u could feel a difference? I have a 1999 EX JRSC AUTO and I would also like some info on how u did your intake. I would like to make my own. Thanks man.

I noticed quite a difference when I finally got it done. Just opening the hood after a drive, and sticking one hand in the air box, and one hand in the engine bay, will tell all. But, it allowed me to turn back the timing adjustment knob on my MSD just a bit. That accounted for a little extra. I'll tell you this if you're going to try it, working with fiberglass sucks. For me anyway. Sticky, smelly and messy. But it was my first time really using it. It took me several days, a little at a time, to finish it. But it was worth the effort.
I explained how I did it on here once before. I'd explain it again, but I'm at work, and time is limited. You could probably find it with a search.
The key is the mold. Make it out of a small rubbermaid garbage can (a clean one!) and clear packing tape. Wax the packing tape, when you got your size and shape down, and glass over it. The wax will keep it from sticking.
